About Milam
I've spent the last decade on the inside of this problem — not consulting from the outside.
I co-founded Goodness Live, a live fan engagement platform deployed across dozens of national tours. We hit 50% data capture when the industry was averaging 10–13% — not by accident, but by engineering the right moment inside a live event. Before that, I spent years as Director of Sports Partnerships at a global relief organization, building first-of-their-kind deals between MLB, NFL, player unions, and touring artists. And before that, I was in the room helping scale a monthly donor program past 100,000 recurring supporters and $42 million in annual giving.
